Ⅰ.General Introduction :
Dust collector system consists of exhaust box,filter,soot pit,filter bag assembly,air cleaning system,dust screw conveyor,elevating conveyer,dust storage box,dust unloading screw conveyor,controller system,etc.Its operation is that dusty air get into soot pit from inlet port,heavy dust directly fall in soot pit after division,and other dusy will get into filter sector followed by air.After filtrating, cleaning air exhaust through filter bag.When the dust set in a certain amount,the dust cleaning control system will work and trigger to turn on electromagnetic value to do air cleaning.Then falling dust exhaust by ash conveying system.
The character of structure is that dust air is out of filter bag,cleaning air is in filter bag,opeaning of bag up.The cleaning function realizes by pressure difference or trigger to operate electromagnetic value to do air cleaning,change filter bag radials and shake off dust.
